To be honest mate 17st is nothing im 18st (was 21st) and i'm only 15 i cycle every day full power and the weight is not coming off any more ive got a healthy diet too, good luck with the training,diet etc. keep riding! Ben

I haven't really gotten it out, but it's a very stable and plush bike. Very stiff. From what I've done, it's pretty much amazing. Thanks for the comment!
